Job Description

Adprime Health, a leader in the digital healthcare space, is ranked #1 in comScore for health and provides a full suite of online media solutions to clients seeking to engage patient, consumer, and healthcare professional markets. We’re seeking two highly motivated, experienced sellers to join our growing Healthcare Sales Team, which is dedicated to selling our platform to hospitals, insurance companies, med device companies, etc, and their agencies across the country.

We are interested in finding self-motivated sales professionals with digital experience and/or healthcare sales experience, who have the motivation to grow revenue and build upon a territory based account list. Growth is crucial for this role, and the ideal candidate(s) understands that time spent prospecting translates to success… this role needs account hunters with a demonstrated track record of success building a business, not order takers to passively manage active accounts.

There will be some running accounts for each rep in order to learn our business with the expectation of significant growth from those accounts, as well as new agency/client direct business, with a strong emphasis on sales activity and a positive attitude as the initial goals for the rep.

The position requires someone who has a passion for sales and has the ability to achieve aggressive goals in a fast paced environment. A generous, uncapped commission package plus salary is offered. We focus on the success of our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Developing relationships with many organizations within the health industry.
• Generate a good volume of quality face-to-face meetings and RFPs.
• Effectively reach many decision makers and close deals through cold calling, emails, and in-person meetings.
• The ability to clearly and concisely present Adprime Health's advertising solutions, primarily to media agencies.
• Successfully negotiate advertising sales commitments for both new and renewal accounts.
• Must consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Understanding the benefits of Adprime Health's advertising services and representing that to prospects.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Applicants must have online advertising experience./ • Applicants must have experience working with advertising agencies.
• Experience within the health industry is preferred.
• Must possess solid presentation and closing skills.
• Ability to make numerous cold calls daily and close deals on the phone.
• Ability to network and build relationships with prospects and clients.
• Experience in new business development.

• Proven track-record of meeting goals.
• Demonstrate an urgent work pace.
• Self-motivated and passionate about working in a fast paced environment.
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
